25 Years of Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology

Since 1999, Dr. Thiele Polyester Technology has provided independent, internationally focused consulting and technical services to companies across the global polyester industry.

Our expertise covers the entire polyester value chain, including polyester production, plant design, melt-phase chemistry, solid-state polycondensation, recycling technologies and downstream processing. We support applications such as fibre spinning, bottle production and film processing, as well as research and development, material applications, structure–property relationships, and technical literature and patent research.

In recent years, our work has increasingly focused on advanced polyester recycling technologies, with particular expertise in chemical recycling processes. We also address emerging areas of polymer chemistry, including liquid crystal polymers.
